FAQ

When will my order ship? 

Most orders ship within 4 to 8 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Important Message: The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number. You may also access your tracking numbers by logging into your account and viewing your order history details.

 

I just placed an order and I would like to add another item. How can I do that?

Unfortunately, you cannot add additional items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item(s) you would like to add, and contact us. We’ll be happy to refund the shipping costs on this additional order if received before your original order has shipped.

 

Can I edit/cancel an order that I just placed?

If you would like to edit or cancel an order, please let us know immediately. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we will be able to help. This will be handled case-by-case, as we try to process orders promptly and cannot make any changes once the order has shipped. 

 

I did not receive an order confirmation. What do I do?

First, please check your spam folder and add contact@thebeautybar.miami to your safe sender list. If you created an account on our site, you can log in and access your order history to verify your order has been placed.  You can always contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

What is your return policy/How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return? 

For full refunds, please allow 4 to 8 business days from the date your return is received. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing days for your refund to post after receiving the credit from us.

For store credit, you will receive a coupon code in your email within 2 to 4 business days from the date your return is received.

 

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

Unfortunately, all items purchased on sale cannot be returned. 

 

I have a store credit code, how do I use it?

During the checkout process, you will see an option to enter a credit/discount code. Enter your code in the box, and your credit amount will be deducted from your total.

If the amount of your credit exceeds your order total, we will email you a new credit code with the remaining balance within 1 business day. We keep a copy of your balance; so if you lose it, don’t despair! Just email us and we'll be happy to help. 

Store credit is valid for 10 days from the date it is issued.

Do you ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories?

We ship to U.S. ONLY  . Orders will be shipped to these addresses via USPS priority mail service and cannot be expedited.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to an address in the state of Florida. If applicable, you can see the specific sales tax amount during the checkout process.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal . We do not accept personal checks, money orders, and direct bank transfers.

 

If I order from your site, will my information be secure?

You don’t need to worry about placing an order with us. The Beauty Bar is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is secure.  We’ll never give your information to 3rd party companies and we’ll only send you promotional emails if you sign up for our newsletter.
